Consultations

Paid consultations booked with Pause and Co Healthcare Ltd are provided under our Terms of Service, which are shared with you at the point of booking. Fees, cancellation policy and refund terms are set out on the pricing page and in your booking confirmation.

Emergencies

We do not provide an emergency or out-of-hours service. If you are unwell or in urgent need, contact NHS 111, your GP, or dial 999 in a life-threatening emergency.
